We wish to inform you that Luxury Code SRL will provide for the processing of your personal data as Data Controller, in full compliance with the RGPD (GDPR) 679/2016 on the protection of personal data.  
 
Data Controller and Data Processor In relation to your personal data, you may exercise all the rights provided for in Articles 13 (data collected from the data subject) and 14 (data not collected from the data subject) of the RGPD (GDPR) 679/2016, such as modification, deletion, rectification and anything else provided for by the standard by contacting the data controller directly.

The Hotel collects data both on its own (when booking online from its website and when receiving guests) and through External Data Processors (hotel booking portals and travel agencies): the latter are the intermediary that triggers our Data Processing as Data Controller.
 
Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis that applies the data processing is the consent of the data subject, requested from time to time and disjointed from the contribution obtained during the online booking and registration at the hotel.

Personal data processing operations and their purposes

 
Each section described below allows the collection of data for the specific purpose: failure to fill in the fields marked as mandatory (highlighted by affixing an asterisk) will correspond to a failure to confer preventing the data processing and thus prevent the execution of the requested service.
Your personal data subject to the provision of the multiple services of hospitality at our facilities will be collected by Luxury Code SRL and its technical partners, will be recorded and processed on paper and/or with the aid of electronic means and may be stored in special databases and will not be used for any other purpose other than the mandatory ones required by the current Public Safety regulations;

* *** 'Reservation' page - the profile of users requesting information through the 'Reservation' page will be used by Luxury Code SRL for the exclusive operations of hotel hospitality;
 
Use of cookies: the data collected (country of origin, details of pages visited and duration of stay within the aforementioned pages) will be used for the elaboration of statistical and market studies and research - please see the specific information notice.

Your data will not be subject to "dissemination", will not be published nor will they be communicated to third parties, either in Italy, within the European Union or outside the EU, while they may be known by the staff of Luxury Code SRL that will have received appropriate training and by its technical partners, sealed by compliance with the GDPR as they are appointed and listed under External Responsible.    
Luxury Code SRL agrees not to use personal data reported as inaccurate until the inaccuracy has been corrected.        
All data are collected for in the legitimate interest of the Owner, will not be published, shared and/or transferred to third parties, either in Italy or abroad.

Rights under articles 13 and 14 of the RGPD (GDPR) 679/2016. 

Data subjects will be able to control and consciously manage the flow of their data and, in particular, they will be able to exercise the following rights:
* (i) right of access to data,
* (ii) the right to request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
* (iii) the right to object to the processing,
* (iv) the right to data portability,
* (v) the right to withdraw consent to processing, at any time; and
* (vi) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
